20th Century French & European Paintings

The 20th century is the modern register of the gallery: French and European paintings from the early 1900s to the postwar decades, from late Impressionism to the Expressionist and Post-Impressionist schools.

The works presented here are original oils on canvas and on panel, most of them signed and dated by their painters: Montmartre street scenes, Provencal landscapes, harbor views and still lifes of flowers and fruit. They carry the freedom of touch and color that separates modern painting from the antique schools.
